Terms of Service

Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Hunter, a CRM and sales operations application operated by Invenit Solutions. By using Hunter, you agree to these terms and to use the service only for authorized business purposes.
Authorized Use
Hunter may be used to manage leads, customer accounts, conversations, tasks, workflows, and business communications for connected products and workspaces. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for ensuring that messages and customer data are handled according to applicable laws, platform policies, and your organization's internal rules.
Messaging Integrations
Hunter can connect to Meta products, including Instagram and WhatsApp, to receive messages, send authorized replies, import permitted conversation data, and record CRM activity. You must use these integrations only with accounts you are authorized to manage and only in ways allowed by Meta's platform terms, messaging policies, and applicable privacy rules.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Hunter to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, unsolicited, or policy violating messages; access accounts or data without permission; interfere with the security or reliability of the service; reverse engineer the service; or misuse data received through connected platforms.
Customer Data
Customer data remains the responsibility of the organization that uses Hunter. Invenit Solutions processes customer data to provide, secure, support, and improve Hunter. Our handling of personal information is described in the Hunter Privacy Policy.
Service Changes
We may update Hunter, add or remove features, change integrations, or suspend access when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or platform policy reasons. We may also update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change.
Disclaimers
Hunter is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that third-party integrations will always remain available.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invenit Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of Hunter.
