Overview
Hunter is a CRM and sales operations application used by Invenit Solutions and its products, including Buky, to manage customer conversations, leads, tasks, and follow-up work. This policy explains what information Hunter processes, how it is used, and how users can request access, correction, or deletion.
Information We Process
Hunter may process account profile information, business contact details, CRM notes, tasks, message metadata, message content, comments, delivery/read status events, and integration logs. When connected to Meta products, Hunter may receive Instagram and WhatsApp messages, sender identifiers, recipient identifiers, timestamps, media references, and webhook event payloads needed to operate the integration.
How We Use Information
We use information to display and manage customer conversations, route inbound messages, create CRM activity records, support follow-up workflows, debug integration delivery, and improve the reliability of Hunter. We do not sell personal information.
Meta Platform Data
Hunter uses Meta platform data only to provide messaging, CRM, support, and operational workflows requested by the connected business account. Access tokens are stored securely and used only for authorized integration actions such as receiving webhooks, fetching permitted account information, and sending approved replies or business messages.
Sharing
Information is available only to authorized Hunter users for the relevant product or workspace. We may use infrastructure, email, database, and hosting providers to operate Hunter. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.
Retention
CRM records and integration logs are retained while they are needed for business, support, security, audit, and legal purposes. We remove or anonymize information when it is no longer needed or when deletion is requested and no legal or operational exception applies.

To request deletion of data associated with Hunter, contact us at mirko@invenit.io. Meta data deletion requests may also be sent to https://hunter.invenit.dev/api/instagram/data-deletion.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect Hunter data, including access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted production access, and secure handling of integration tokens and secrets.
